This hotel was excellent! Large rooms, extremely clean, very friendly staff. I am a hotel snob and it's hard to please me. I would definitely stay here again and again. Awesome place to base out of to tour parts of Germany's wine region.

Located in the heart of a charming village, this hotel has a perfect location in the center of town, close to St Ulrich church. the rooms have elegant traditional European style, with air conditioning available, and the quaint courtyards and terraces make it a relaxing and comfortable place to stay.
The staff seems to lack customer service skills and attention to detail, which left a bad taste in my mouth.

A 5 star hotel in every way and one of the friendliest hotels I have experienced. Large and comfortable rooms and excellent restaurants.

The room was large and comfortable, and the staff were extremely helpful.
For the money, the bathing facilities could use a facelift. They were adequate, but not comparable to other hotels in this price range.

We had an amazing city trip and stayed at a historical hotel. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay. The hotel's location was perfect and walking distance to all the attractions. The breakfast spread was delicious and had a lot of variety. Plus, the hotel had a beautiful garden where we enjoyed our morning coffee.
The parking was a bit of a hassle as there weren't enough spots available and we had to park a few blocks away. However, the hotel staff did give us a heads up about this in advance.

This hotel was the perfect place to spend Easter weekend. the rooms were spacious, well-decorated and spotless. We were pleasantly surprised to find robes and slippers at our disposal. the hotel's location was perfect, right in the center of town and close to a variety of attractions. We especially enjoyed spending time in the outside patio and exploring the town.
We found the breakfast to be too expensive for our liking, so we opted to eat at nearby bakeries.
